Today felt deeply aligned.

It was one of those productive but meaningful days where everything seemed to weave together, movement, wellness, community, spirituality, and the vision I’m continuing to build through my work as a sound healer and wellness coach in San Diego.

Movement + Recovery in San Diego

After work, I headed to Honor Pilates for their Power Pilates class.

I’ve really been loving incorporating Pilates into my routine lately. As someone who facilitates multiple sound baths in San Diego every week, building strength and endurance has become so important.

People don’t always realize how physically demanding sound healing can be:

Carrying crystal bowls
Transporting equipment
Setting up spaces
Holding energetic presence for groups

Pilates has been such a supportive complement to my wellness routine.

Stretch Therapy + Nervous System Support

Before tonight’s sound bath, I headed to StretchU for my weekly stretch appointment.

I work with a stretch coach once a week, and honestly, it has helped my flexibility and soreness from workouts so much.

Recovery and nervous system care are such important parts of wellness, and I’ve noticed a huge difference since adding assisted stretching into my routine.

Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath at The Meditation Nook

After my stretch session, I headed over to The Meditation Nook for my weekly Yoga Nidra and sound bath.

The owner, Arthur, recently celebrated a birthday, and I brought him some local tea from my recent trip to Ojai from Heavenly Honey Company. I discovered it during Spring Bring, and it was so good.

Tonight’s session felt especially powerful because we had a few familiar returning faces in the room, and I always love seeing community continue to build through these experiences.

Uranus in Gemini + Collective Shifts

During tonight’s Yoga Nidra and sound bath, I also spoke about the upcoming transit of Uranus moving into Gemini.

This hasn’t happened since 1949.

Astrologically, Uranus represents innovation, awakening, disruption, and rapid change, while Gemini governs communication, technology, learning, and ideas.

It feels incredibly aligned with the current collective energy and the shifts so many people are experiencing right now.

I love weaving astrology into my sound healing and coaching experiences because it helps create deeper self-awareness and reflection.

Before tonight’s sound bath, I pulled cards from the Starseed Oracle by Rebecca Campbell.

I absolutely love her decks and actually recently enrolled in a certification course focused specifically on integrating this deck more deeply into facilitation and spiritual practice.

Oracle cards can be such beautiful tools for reflection, intuition, and opening conversations within yourself.
