  • All sessions are virtual, so you can join from wherever you are! We’ll meet over Zoom or by phone — whichever you prefer for your comfort and convenience.

  • Each coaching session is 30 minutes long. This gives us a focused and powerful space to check in, set goals, work through challenges, and keep you moving forward with momentum.

  • Yes! I offer optional accountability plans with daily check-ins to help you stay on track. Whether you prefer a quick text or email, I’ll provide daily encouragement, reminders, and motivation tailored to your goals.

  • Life happens! I offer flexible rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice. We’ll find a new time that works for you so you don’t lose momentum.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or missed appointments) will incur a $25 no-show fee.

  • It depends on the plan you choose! Most clients meet with me weekly or biweekly. I also offer flexible options for daily accountability check-ins if you want extra support between sessions.

  • No, coaching services are not covered by insurance. However, I do offer flexible payment options and packages to make services as accessible as possible.
