This free 30-minute coaching session is an opportunity to explore what matters most in your health and well-being right now. Together, we’ll uncover what’s working, where you feel stuck, and what small, meaningful shifts could support your next chapter.
I am an ACE Certified Health Coach and currently completing my training toward becoming a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC). These free sessions support the 50 practice coaching hours required before sitting for the board exam. In return, you’ll receive supportive, confidential, non-judgmental coaching designed to help you create change that feels doable, sustainable, and aligned with who you’re becoming.

All sessions are virtual, so you can join from wherever you are! We’ll meet over Zoom or by phone, whichever you prefer for your comfort and convenience.

Yes! I offer optional accountability plans with daily check-ins to help you stay on track. Whether you prefer a quick text or email, I’ll provide daily encouragement, reminders, and motivation tailored to your goals.

Life happens! I offer flexible rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice. We’ll find a new time that works for you so you don’t lose momentum.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or missed appointments) will incur a $25 no-show fee.

It depends on the plan you choose! Most clients meet with me weekly or biweekly. I also offer flexible options for daily accountability check-ins if you want extra support between sessions.
